Policy for Refunds and Cancellations:
Your order can be canceled within 24 hours after placement. On this cancellation, we will charge a restocking cost of USD 5.00. We retain the right to handle your order and do not guarantee cancellation of orders during any time frame. Order cancellation may be done by sending an email to support@essentialshoodie.live. Within 24 hours of placing your order, you can change your order.
There are just a few circumstances in which you may be eligible for a refund:
• Your order is completely missed.
• You placed the order only a short time ago—not even 24 hours!
• If the item you received is not what you bought, we have a 30-day return policy in place. Please inform us if your product has any flaws, and we’ll replace it.
• We retain the right to handle your request even if we do not guarantee variations of orders throughout any time period.
